Dr. David Bell was born in Columbus, Ohio. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio. He completed both his medical training and his Ob/Gyn residency at the Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Bell is a member of the American Medical Association and the Ohio State Medical Association. He is a board certified physician—recertified in 1997—and a Fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Bell enjoys cycling, tennis and racquetball. He has been in private practice with Kingsdale Gynecologic Associates, Inc. since 1985, and is a clinical associate professor at the Ohio State University College of Medicine.
