At Kingsdale, we offer convenient and informative childbirth education classes for new parents as well as a refresher course for the "more experienced" couples. We cover such topics as preparing for labor, breathing and relaxation techniques, information on choices of anesthesia (if any) or other comfort measures, and discuss basic medical questions regarding the processes of labor, and even Caesarian deliveries. Classes are offered at both our Lane Avenue and Wedgewood offices, and are often conveniently scheduled on weekends to better accomodate your lifestyle.

Please note: We recommend that you sign up for the classes between 20-24 weeks, so that we can schedule you and your partner in advance for classes between 32-36 weeks.
