
Dr. Kimberly Shepherd was born and raised
in Houston, Texas. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University
of Arizona with a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular and Cellular
Biology. She was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and numerous other honor
societies. She then went on to complete her medical training at
the University of Texas Health Science Center. After marrying her
husband, Ed, a Neonatologist and native Midwesterner, she moved
to Columbus where she completed her Ob/Gyn residency at the Ohio
State University Medical Center. She is a member of the American
Medical Association and The Ohio State Medical Association. She
is a board certified physician and a Junior Fellow in the American
College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. Shepherd enjoys reading, cooking, gardening,
and spending time with her husband and sons. She has been in private
practice with Kingsdale Gynecologic Associates, Inc. since 2003,
and is a clinical instructor at the Ohio State University College
of Medicine.
